SHIPPING:

All US orders take 3-7 business days for you to receive your shipment to your residence. International orders can take 7-10 business days to arrive. Please note that all international customs charges and taxes are payable by the receiver. Kiss Runway is not responsible for any charges incurred for shipping orders internationally. For more information on customs charges for each country please contact your customs authority

 

RETURNS FOR EXCHANGES MUST BE RECEIVED BY KISS RUNWAY WITHIN 14 CALENDAR DAYS OF DELIVERY

Eligible returns are processed within 2 weeks of receipt by Kiss Runway for a store credit or exchange NO REFUNDS.

Return items must be unworn and unwashed with the tags attached. Worn/washed items, items containing stains from makeup or wear, or items missing their original tags when applicable, will be denied exchange/return and returned to you at your expense.

In the rare instance any items arrive defective, they must also be returned within this time frame. Sale merchandise are not eligible for return.

Original shipping fees are non refundable.

A 20% restocking fee applies only to orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "undeliverable" address. 

Items must be returned at the customer’s expense.

We reserve the right not to credit you if you return items to us outside the terms of our Returns Policy.

CANCELLED ORDERS:

If you place an order then decide to cancel while the order is processing you will be charged a 10% restocking fee.
